No. Glow Health does not bill insurance directly. However, you can often use your insurance to cover lab work, medications (if not compounded), and imaging such as bone density (DEXA) scans. We are considered out-of-network, and a superbill can be provided upon request for potential reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual plan.
Unfortunately, no. Due to federal guidelines, we cannot accept payment from or provide services to patients covered under Medicare or Medicaid.
We accept most major forms of payment including credit and debit cards (processing fees may apply), ACH bank account link, American Express, and HSA/FSA cards.

All visits are conducted virtually via a secure HIPAA-compliant platform. You can join from your phone, tablet, or computer from anywhere in PA, NJ, or MD.

Yes, when clinically appropriate. I offer both hormonal and non-hormonal treatment options tailored to each patient. When hormone therapy is the right fit, I most often use bioidentical formulations, though I also use synthetic options when medically indicated.
Most patients are seen approximately every 8 weeks, though this may vary depending on your individualized treatment plan or maintenance schedule.
Initial consultations are 60 minutes. Follow-up visits are typically 30 minutes. Pelvic health appointment times vary.

Meaningful, lasting improvement doesn't happen in a single appointment. Hormone therapy, sexual health care, and midlife symptom management require thoughtful assessment, follow-up, and adjustments over time. The membership model gives you continuity, access, and support where real progress can happen.
The 12-month membership includes follow-up appointments approximately every 8 weeks, ongoing clinical oversight, prescription management, and discounts on supplements and resources. The initial visit is $600 and is credited toward the membership cost if you sign up within 30 days, bringing the total to $2,100.
Labs and medications are typically not included unless explicitly stated.
